Thank you for trusting iA. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with our products, we’re here to help.

Whenever it is possible, we are glad to provide a FREE trial period for our apps. We recommend users take full advantage of the generous trial periods to see if our software is a good match for them.

Trials for iA Writer

If you find yourself having issues using our apps, please reach out first to our dedicated Support Team. They will do their best to get you onboard!

If in spite of all this you think Writer is not for you, please read below for refund policies depending on the platforms where the purchase was made.

Writer for macOS, iOS and iPadOS

Purchases and refunds on the App Store are solely handled by Apple.

Writer for Windows

You can get a full refund to the original method of payment providing that:

• the app was purchased within the last 30 calendar days
• you can provide the receipt or proof of purchase

Please contact our Support Team by email here with the following details:

• Paddle Invoice Number (or Order number)
• Email used at time of purchase
• Email used to register iA Writer

NB: Refunds are processed via our Windows distributor, Paddle. Depending on the payment method and/or card issuer policies, there may be some time before you see your refund.

Writer for Android

1. Purchase

You can get a full refund to the original method of payment providing that:

• the app was purchased within the last 30 calendar days
• you can provide the receipt or proof of purchase

Please contact our Support Team by email here with the following details:

• Order number (starting with GPA)
• Order date

NB: Refunds are processed via our Google’s Play Store. Depending on the payment method and/or card issuer policies, there may be some time before you see your refund.

2. Subscription

Refunds for subscriptions are solely managed by the Google Play Store.

iA Presenter

iA Presenter is not currently on sale, the refund policy will be updated accordingly in the future.
