Conversations: Our preferred form of miscommunication. A high-error rate exchange of information that leads to misunderstandings, resentment, tragic love affairs, and wars. In spite of that, the best way to design a (cross-reference: user interface) is through conversation with another designer. Since a user interface essentially scripts the conversation between machine and user, designing it through conversations between designers and then between designers and test users is the best way to making user interfaces flow.
