Can’t install Presenter? Make sure your Mac is running Big Sur-version 11 or a more recent release. Otherwise try these troubleshooting steps:

If you missed the chance to record or send a crash report when it popped up, you may be able to retrieve it from: Finder → Applications → Utilities → Console → Crash Reports.
