Sales and Refund

Bundle license for both Writer and Presenter?

No, they are separate purchases. You can learn more on our Pricing page.

Available in the App Store?

So far, Presenter is available for purchase from our website only. We would like to add it to the App Store in the future, if possible.

Do you have a trial period?

Yes, we do! You have a 14-day FREE trial period. At the end of the trial period, you will be requested to purchase the app to keep on using it.

Can I Get a Refund?

You may. To see if you are eligible and what steps to follow, please check our Refund Policy.

Discounts

Any discounts available?

A 60% educational discount (for students and teachers) is available on a yearly subscription. To get Presenter for free as a student, consider asking your school to purchase a Presenter license. We offer attractive deals for schools that buy multiple licenses. More on our Pricing page.

Does Presenter go on sales?

We do not provide any discounts besides educational purchases. iA Presenter won’t be on sale for Black Friday and we do not follow any campaign in general.

License

Can I install on more than one PC?

Yes. One account covers one person, usable on different machines (Mac only at the moment).

Where is my License code?

You can retrieve your License code, get your receipts and invoices, and manage your account (extend, downgrade or cancel your plans) at accounts.ia.net

Sometimes, emails from our sales platform can end up in your spam. Please double-check the spam and junk folders in your inbox. If you cannot find anything in your spams or on your account dashboard, reach out to our Support Team.

Roadmap and Features

Do you have a roadmap?

We do not provide a roadmap nor give out timelines for unreleased features (beyond what has been publicly posted/commented on our blog). However, we do document and share feedback with the appropriate team members. If there is a feature request you would like to submit, please feel free to reach us by email.

Is there a web version?

We developed our apps on each platform natively. We are not planning on developing a web-based version of iA Presenter at the moment.

What languages are supported?

The interface is available in English. Spelling, Autocorrect and Grammar are System-Based. Presentation’s content can be in any Left To Right languages. More localisation.

Technical Questions

Supported OS?

iA Presenter 1 is supported on macOS 11 (Big Sur) and above.

Available on Windows/Linux/iPad?

The app is currently available on Mac only. We’d love to expand it to other platforms, but it is too early to make such plans now.

Is the app sandboxed?

One of the advantage of buying apps from the App Store is to enjoy the sandboxing system of Apple. Note that Presenter is itself sandboxed. You can verify this in the Activity Monitor.

Data Privacy

iA Inc does not have access to any of the user’s content stored in iA Presenter. We do collect only two types of data: Crash Reports and Anonymous Statistics. You can learn more about that in our Privacy Policy.
