Yes, you get a 14-day free trial period. When it expires, you’ll be asked to buy Presenter to keep on using it.
You can buy Presenter using a credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Alipay, WeChat Pay, Link, and PayPal. Keep in mind that these options may depend on whether Presenter is available in your country, and which payment methods are available to you.
Yes. You can manage your iA Presenter license, and access invoices as well as receipts from your iA dashboard. You need your Presenter license key to access your iA dashboard. If you can’t find it, our support team will be happy to help.

A 60% educational discount (for students and teachers) is available on a yearly subscription. To get Presenter for free as a student, consider asking your school to purchase a Presenter license. We offer attractive deals for schools that buy multiple licenses. Find out more on our pricing page.
We don’t offer discounts, except for educational purchases (see above). iA Presenter won’t be on sale on Black Friday, and we generally don’t run campaigns either.
Yes. One account covers one person, who can use Presenter on different devices as long as they’re on the same platform, like Windows or iOS, for example. Licenses for Mac, iPhone and iPad are sold separately.
Your license key is sent to you by email when you purchase the app. If you’ve lost your license, reach out to our support team for help retrieving it. Let us know which email you used to purchase Presenter.

We don’t provide a roadmap or publish timelines for unreleased features, beyond what we talk about on our blog.

No. We develop our apps natively for each platform. We don’t currently have plans to develop a web-based version of iA Presenter.
The interface is available in English. Spelling, autocorrect, and grammar are system based. The presentation’s text can be in any left-to-right language. More about languages here.
iA Presenter is supported on macOS 11 (Big Sur) and above.
No. Presenter is currently available on macOS, while the iOS and iPadOS versions are in beta. We’d love to expand into other platforms, but it’s too early to make such plans now.
One of the advantages of buying apps from the App Store is Apple’s sandboxing system. Presenter is itself sandboxed—you can verify this in the Activity Monitor.
iA does not have access to any content you store in iA Presenter. We collect two types of data: Crash reports and anonymous statistics. You can learn more about that in our Privacy Policy.
